Duplex Projekt Info

Duplex project was an innovative sound art and broadcasting project exploring the dynamic of sound and artists working together from remote isolation.

Working in conjunction with Radio stations Antenne Muenster in Germany and 2SER in Sydney Australia, and funded by the Australia Council, the duplex project utilized 2 separate broadcast studios connected via ISDN to construct a single sound art performance, which was then be broadcast in real time in both countries simultaneously.

The resulting performance was the pressed to CD and distributed in Cyclic Defrost
